- What To Expect

Here's Exactly What Happens on a Sunday

We know that walking into a church you've never been to can feel like showing up late to a party where everyone knows each other.  You are not alone, chances are you'll meet someone else who is visiting for the first time - we have a lot of first time guests each month.  That's the joy of being in a military community!
So here's the honest, no-surprises rundown of what to expect.

Arrive & Park

Pull into the parking lot off Washington St. Parking is free and there's plenty of it. Look for lanyards and badges — they're the Welcome Team and they'll point you in the right direction.

Drop Off the Kids (Optional)

If you have kids, as soon as you come in the main doors, take a left & head to the check-in station first. It takes about 5 minutes and you'll get a security tag. Every volunteer who works with kids has passed a background check. Your kids will be safe and they'll actually have fun.

Grab Coffee in the Lobby

There's coffee. Free. Help yourself. Hang out, look around, no one will chase you down or make you wear a name badge.

The Service (About 70 Minutes)

Contemporary worship music for 20–25 minutes, then a practical, Bible-based message. No robes. No chanting. No pressure. You're welcome to participate or just take it in — both are totally fine.

The Offering

We pass some small buckets, however, as our guests — don't feel ANY pressure to give. That's for people who already call JCNaz their church home.

After the Service

Hang around, grab another coffee, introduce yourself. Or walk straight to your car — honestly, no one will guilt you. If you want to connect, the team will be in the lobby ready to answer any questions.

Good To Know

What You Won't Experience At JCNaz

No Awkward Introductions 

We will never ask first-timers to stand up and introduce themselves. Come in, stay anonymous if you want.

No Pressure to Give

First-time guests are our guests — period. No one will ask you for money or follow up about the offering.

No Dress Code

Jeans, boots, BDUs, a suit — whatever you wore this week is fine. Seriously. We mean it.

No Insider Language

We skip the church-speak. If something needs explaining, we'll explain it. No theological decoder ring required.

No Judgment

Whatever you've done or been through — you're welcome here. We believe grace is for everyone, not just the people who look like they have it together.

No Boredom

The messages are practical and relevant to real life. We'll tackle things that actually affect your marriage, your kids, your work, and your stress levels.

Naz Kidz runs at the same time as the main service — so parents actually get to focus.

Have Older Kids?

We have a small gathering for those 6th - 12th grade kiddos Sunday morning and then we get together for a large gathering and small groups Sunday night.

NAZ GTHR: Sunday Morning 10:45am (During 2nd Service)

GTHR-Youth meet up in the large sanctuary, stay through worship then break off into the Growth Track Room for a Video based Teaching and Discussion Time.
Partaking in awesome snacks and drinks optional.

NAZ YTH: Sunday Evening 6:00-8:00pm

Our Youth exist at the intersection of culture and morality.  We believe that equipping them with a Biblical foundation is essential to their spiritual growth and development.
